How is the portfolio fee calculated?
We sum your total active contract value across all open projects, apply the marginal rate tiers to that total, then charge 1/12 of the result each month. A 0.30% annual rate on $1M of active contracts is $250/mo.
Are users and projects really unlimited?
Yes, no asterisks. Every account includes unlimited team members and unlimited active projects. Your bill is driven by your active contract volume, not headcount or project count.
What counts as an active project?
Any project with a start date in the past and a completion date in the future. Projects are automatically removed from your portfolio calculation once marked complete. You never pay for finished work.
What happens after my free trial?
