Consumable Equipment Burn Rate Alerts
Track whether consumable items (masks, gloves, fuel, etc.) are being used faster than expected. When the 7-day actual consumption rate exceeds your target, the item card shows a high burn rate warning.
Steps
1. Enable consumable tracking when adding an item
When adding equipment, check Consumable (depletes over time). Enter an Expected consumption qty and choose Day or Week as the period. This sets your target rate.
2. Update the target on an existing consumable
Click the pencil icon next to the consumption rate on the item card. Enter the new qty and period, then click Save.
3. Monitor the burn rate badge
The high burn rate badge appears automatically when actual consumption (based on recorded removals over the last 7 days) exceeds your target rate. The badge clears as soon as the burn rate drops back within the target.
