Catalog Analytics

See how each line item performs across all your projects (margin, pricing history, productivity, and more) so you can price new work confidently.

Steps

Go to Line Items in the sidebar.
Click the chevron (▶) on any row that shows a project count to expand its stats panel. You'll see four cards: Projects & Revenue, Avg Margin, Avg Price/Unit, and Productivity.
If the item has appeared in more than one project, scroll down in the panel to see the Price/Unit Trend chart showing how your pricing has changed over time.
Switch to the Analytics tab at the top of the page to see a sortable table of all catalog items side-by-side. Sort by Revenue, Margin, Hours, or Productivity to identify your best and worst performers.
Use the Export CSV button on the Analytics tab to download a full report for any date range or project type.
