Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics page gives organization owners a historical view of performance trends across finances, proposals, labor, and project execution. It is separate from the main Dashboard, which shows a point-in-time operational snapshot.
Access it from the sidebar by clicking Analytics (visible to owners only).
Date Range
Use the Range inputs at the top of the page to filter all charts and tables to a custom period. The default range is the last 12 months.
KPI Cards

| Backlog | Remaining contract value across all active projects |
| Win Rate (LTM) | Accepted ÷ (accepted + declined) proposals over the selected range |
| Avg Days to Decision | Mean days from proposal creation to an Accepted or Declined outcome |
| CO Approval Rate | Executed change orders ÷ non-voided change orders over the range |
Charts
- Earned Value by Month: monthly increment of value earned from approved time entries (units completed × price per unit)
- Monthly Billings: pay app amounts submitted per billing period
- Hours Logged by Month: approved time entry hours per month
- Win Rate Trend: proposal win rate (%) plotted by month of decision
- Accepted Contract Value by Month: total contract value of projects accepted in each month
- Open RFIs: current count of open RFIs and average days open; lists up to 20
Tables
- Schedule Performance: active projects with contracted schedules, showing start date, contracted end date, and days remaining (or overdue). Projects within 14 days of their contracted end date are highlighted in amber; overdue projects show in red.
